Four plots. One forest. A lifetime.
Deep inside Český les — the forested range along the Bohemian-Bavarian border — four building plots lie waiting. Each a private forest of its own, each between thirteen and fifteen thousand square metres. Silence is the first thing you notice. Then the space. Then, at night, the stars.

Český les — the Bohemian-Bavarian border range
Český les is the long, forested border range between Bohemia and Bavaria — distinct from the Šumava range further south. One of Central Europe's last quiet places. Red deer move through the trees at dusk. Owls call from old pines. Foxes, badgers, martens; in the high air, eagles. The land has not been styled. It has been kept.
Long evenings, dark skies
Far from the cities, evenings stretch out over the meadows and the night sky returns. Constellations our grandparents knew. The kind of dark that quiets the body and slows the mind.

Seen from above.
The clearings, the canopy, the quiet contour of Český les.
Four plots. Each its own forest.
Four fully serviced plots between 11,580 and 14,460 m². Each plot is suited to a single bungalow set within its own private forest. Prices on request.
